- Automatic card payments are required for the monthly option.
- The monthly option is a 12-month commitment—not a cancel-anytime plan.
- Benefits pause after a failed payment until the account is current.
- Repairs, parts, refrigerant, accessories, and replacement equipment are not included.
- Cancellation after maintenance may trigger the remaining balance or regular value of services received.
- Replacement savings are limited to 10% up to $500 on a qualifying system.

Are repairs, parts, or refrigerant included?
No. The plan covers the scheduled maintenance visits and listed member benefits. Repairs, parts, refrigerant, accessories, and replacement equipment are billed separately unless a written offer states otherwise.
Can the monthly plan be canceled at any time?
The monthly option is a 12-month agreement. If the agreement ends after maintenance has been performed, the remaining plan balance or the regular value of services already received may become due under the membership terms.
What happens if an automatic payment fails?
Membership benefits pause after a failed payment and resume only after the account is brought current, subject to the plan terms.
